Would it be possible for all of us to have the movie watched by Friday? If so we could all pick a couple scenes that we thought were important and then vote or something like that.

ReplyDeleteDid everyone get a chance to watch the movie? Which parts do you think are important and can be presented in class? I think the part where the vampires go to mike's house to attack them can be used or the killing of the vampires when they are sleeping in their cave.

hey guys im so sorry travelling has been horrible the past couple days.. im sitting down to watch it now so ill have some feedback in a little bit.
ReplyDeleteI thought the part where the vampires pretty much use "mind control" on the star and mikey at various points throughout the movie. Especially when the vampires are on the bridge and they convince mikey to jump is a good example.
ReplyDeleteEmily I agree about the scene on the bridge when they convince Mikey to jump. I also really liked the scene when they're at the fire and Mikey truly becomes a vampire. I think either of those would be good to use for the presentation.
ReplyDeleteI was not able to get the movie on line. Can I borrow from someone tomorrow? However, based on everyone elses comments I think the mind contol part is the way to go. It's an important part of the book and present in a lot of adaptations, but compleatly absent in others. I think it would make for a good presentation.
